The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols. Measure, cut, and assemble metal components to specifications. Inspect and ensure welds meet quality and safety standards. Maintain welding equipment and tools. Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift materials. Welding certification is preferred but not required.

Location: Doncaster Type: Full-time / Temporary- Permanent Salary: 14 / hr The Role: As a Fitter / Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of new agricultural machinery to high standards, working from technical drawings and alongside our team of skilled engineers. You will be involved in the fitting and installation of mechanical components and systems on a range of specialist agricultural equipment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble agricultural machinery to detailed engineering drawings. Fit and install components, including mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical elements. Work collaboratively with experienced engineers to ensure quality standards are met. Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently within the workshop environment. Carry out final checks to ensure machinery is ready for testing or delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar fitter or assembler role. Strong mechanical fitting skills with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience in agricultural machinery assembly (preferred but not essential).
