What You ll Be Doing Preparing and analysing project budgets and cost plans. Procuring supply chain partners and preparing order documentation. Assessing and certifying subcontractor interim payments, issuing notices where required. Preparing interim valuations and final account submissions. Managing and valuing variations. Assisting with Extension of Time claims and Loss & Expense submissions. Identifying and managing commercial risks. Supporting the production of accurate monthly CVRs. Building strong working relationships across commercial and site teams. Ensuring effective communication between operations and commercial functions. Attending site regularly as required. What We re Looking For Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (or equivalent). Civil engineering project experience. Solid knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract. Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Well organised and able to meet deadlines. Strong IT, numerical and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel to site as required.
