Site Manager required in Leciester Square, London on a 8 week freelance project starting 8th September. We require a competent Site Manager for what will be a quite complex site split over 2 floors with multiple trades onsite at various times. On this site involves the strip-out of existing non-structural partition walls, ceilings, WC/shower cubicles, and associated fittings, followed by the installation of new stud partition walls and full decoration throughout. The scope also includes the supply and installation of a new goods lift and a new steel staircase with all associated structural supports and finishes. This site is a ground floor and basement level.
