The Opportunity Pencil and Brick is seeking a Project Architect to join its growing architectural team. This role will suit an experienced ARB-registered Architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through delivery, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the wider development of a design-led practice. You will manage multiple residential projects simultaneously, working closely with the Design Team Lead and construction teams to deliver exceptional private residential schemes. This is a long-term career opportunity with clear progression into senior leadership and director-level positions. The Role This position focuses on stripping out and refurbishing existing accommodation, bringing properties back up to modern living standards. The work is varied and hands-on, suited to someone confident working across multiple trades.
