Electrical Project Manager My client is a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor specialising in the Design & Build of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Installations across the Public and Private sectors. As a result of continued success and a very strong order book given new project awards , my client requires an Electrical / Senior Electrical Project Manager to join the team on a permanent contract. As Electrical Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects up to 5m in value. This is a key position within the business. and as such they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager. You will have team in place on site consisting of M&E Site Managers / Supervisors (project dependant) and will be responsible for managing the process from start to finish, managing sub-contractors, attending client project briefings and ensuring all project installations runs smoothly to a successful handover. As the Electrical Project Manager you will be responsible for the full financial management and control of project programme, from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Identify and resolve issues related to design, construction, or quality in a timely manner. Skills & Experience of the Clerk of Works: HNC/HND in Construction, Building Studies, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Strong understanding of building regulations, planning processes, construction techniques, and quality control procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry. These projects are mixture of high residential consisting of cladding packages, as well other commercial and mixed use developments.
