Lead Revit MEP Coordinator Bank, London 9 month contract - £35ph outside IR35 We are working with a MEP Contractor to find an experienced Lead Revit MEP Coordinator to join them on site for 9 months on a contract basis starting before mid February. The project is a large commercial fit out close to Bank Station and you will be working closely with both the MEP Contractor and the Main Contractor to manage the MEP elements of the model. This role will be hands on coordination as well as having a need to be in Design Meetings. We are looking for someone to start by 16th Feb 2026 and who is happy to me site based at least 4 days a week for 9 months. This role is outside IR35. Revit MEP Coordinator Central London £45,000-£55,000 We are looking for a Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing MEP Subcontractor working alongside the Central BIM Team from their Central London office. They have been trading since the late 1990's and have worked on some of the biggest and most well know projects across London delivering MEP packages upto £75million. You will be working as part of the team who handles largescale commercial projects and these typically have a MEP value of £10-20million. Day to day you will be either in the office or on site in Central London. We are looking for someone with 2 or more years experience working with Revit MEP in either a MEP Contractor or MEP Design Consultancy. You will be joining a business who are investing heavily in the long term training of the teams, and they only need you to bring this to the table.
