MEP BIM Manager Kings Cross, London 80,000 Salary We are working with a MEP Contractor with projects all across the UK to find an experienced MEP BIM Manager to join their team. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office or on site with the other two remotely. You will join a business who have just had their best ever year of trading and who are set to surpass these figures in 2026. You will be working as part of their Southern Region Team who mainly work on commercial new builds and fit outs in Central London. These are mainly CAT A&B Fit Outs, but they also have recently won a couple of Hotel fit out projects too. Software wise you will be using Revit day to day alongside Navisworks. You will be managing a team of 4 Coordinators as well, all of whom have been there for over 4 years. Revit MEP Coordinator Kings Cross Contract - 35ph 6 months We have an urgent contract requirement to start ASAP on a large Commercial fit out project in Kings Cross working for the MEP Contractor. This will be outside IR35. The project is onsite and scheduled to last until towards the end of the year. You will be onsite 4 days per week for the first 2 months at least before it drops to 3 days per week on site The client is providing laptop & software. Construction Project Manager Sutton, Surrey 90,000+ Package We are looking for an experienced Construction PM to join a Main Contractor leading the delivery of high end resi project in Sutton. The project is on site and scheduled to last until mid 2027, with future similar projects close by in the pipeline. The project value is roughly 45million and is a fairly high end, so we need someone who has delivered high end resi projects as PM for the Main Contractor and understands what the expected levels of quality are. This is an immediate start role, and we are able to offer a contract that sits outside IR35 as well. We have interview slots booked with the client. We cannot offer sponsorship for this role.

MEP Project Manager London & Home Counties 90,000- 100,000 We have a number of openings for MEP Project Managers working for Main Contractors on projects in London & Home Counties. All of the projects are due to be on site in the next 4-8 weeks and you will start off managing the remaining precon elements. You will then be based on site throughout the duration of the project. All of the projects are due to last well into 2028, so there is a real opportunity here to see long term security with growing businesses as well as career progression. The locations are Central London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Berkshire & Buckinghamshire.
