The Design Manager works across a vast programme of capital works that will contribute towards the country's push towards carbon reduction and net zero, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing high quality electrical designs, directing design development and ensuring these meet cost, time and quality targets whilst also overseeing the departmental budget, personnel development. As a Design Manager within a leading infrastructure business, this role holds a great deal of autonomy and responsibility as well as significant large budgetary and line management responsibilities. The Design Manager will report directly in to the Head of Engineering, taking responsibility for design development programmes across the territory (Surrey, Sussex and Kent). Source Solutions are working closely with a key client within the energy and infrastructure sector, to identify a proactive Quality Assurance Advisor, to play a key role on a range of projects and programmes of works across London with a focus on infrastructure and rail projects. The Quality Assurance Advisor role will involve a mix of locations across company and client offices and sites across London, reaching to Heathrow which will include stakeholder visits across the regions therefore the Quality Assurance Advisor needs to be flexible and adaptable in order to keep up with a fast-paced and changeable environment and workload. The overarching purpose of the Quality Assurance Advisor role is to provide competent quality management advice and empowerment to Managers, staff, contractors, clients and the general public, promoting the requirements of the quality management system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 as well as providing insights and input during tendering processes where required.
