We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. Preferably Gas and G3 qualified. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Duties Full bathroom installations, alterations and repairs Central heating system installations, upgrades, and servicing Gas appliance installations, repairs, and safety checks Unvented and vented hot water system installations General plumbing work, including fault-finding and repairs Issuing notices and certificates required by gas safety regulations Qualifications Gas qualified G3 qualified Has a minimum of 5 years experience in domestic plumbing and heating. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Be customer-focused with good communication skills. Previous experience in carpentry is a plus, enhancing versatility on job sites. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific tasks within the role.

Duties Water Sampling Temperature monitoring Descaling of shower head and hoses. TMV Servicing Tank Cleans Calorifier/Hot Water Cylinder Services Calorifier Clean/Descaling Expansion Vessel Services Requirements Good level of computer skills, ability to use PDA/Compliance system for reporting. Positive attitude and work ethic. Good basic understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 parts 1,2,3. Ability to make recommendations from service visits. Previous or similar industry experience required (2 years preferred) Clean UK Driving License. Clean DBS Record.
