We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 33kV substation project, including the cable connection to a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). This is a site-based role requiring strong electrical expertise and proven experience managing HV infrastructure projects from installation through to energisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving the project programme to achieve key milestones Requirements Strong electrical background with experience working on HV electrical infrastructure projects. Previous experience managing 33kV substation projects. Proven experience delivering BESS and associated cable connection works. Background within ICP, utility, renewable energy, or power infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and energisation processes. Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills. SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications required. Ability to manage programme, quality, and HSE requirements effectively. Contract Details 9-Month Contract Start Date: 13th July 2026 5 Days per Week Day Rate ( 400- 500)
