We are seeking an enthusiastic Planner to join our Bristol Office, based at 33 Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4UA, to produce programmes for Design, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning activities for each project from tender through to completion; also reviewing the progress of programmes on a regular cycle and management reporting as directed. Main duties and responsibilities of the role will include : Deliver the complete planning role from preconstruction through to project completion including internal and external progress reporting, 'as built' record keeping, BIM requirements and team programme knowledge development Understanding and appreciation of the key tender documents at tender stage. These include: Employers Requirements / Specifications / Drawings / Phasing Plans / Overall Project Programme / General Strategy Develop tender programme and phasing plans as appropriate to include subcontract package information, project specific details and input from construction management team. Support the preconstruction team with planning information as required to successfully deliver associated tenders Work with design managers to produce a targeted and achievable design release schedule that meets construction programme requirements Ensure that an accurate contract programme is in place and agreed with the construction, design, and commercial teams at project award. Regularly review and record construction progress with site teams and highlight areas of concern and assist with the introduction of appropriate mitigation measures Produce straight line and jagged line programme updates each month to accurately record progress of both the contract and target programmes. Take regular progress photographs each month and upload to Viewpoint 4P for future reference.
