This is a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. Working closely with the wider team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office while coordinating contract administration across multiple projects. Previous experience within the roofing, construction or wider building services industry would be highly advantageous, although we're also keen to hear from candidates with transferable experience from similar sectors. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring efficient administrative support across the business. Administer contracts from award through to completion, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Prepare, process and manage contract paperwork, quotations, purchase orders and invoices. Coordinate project documentation, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant. Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects progress smoothly. Schedule works, manage diaries and support resource planning where required. Monitor contract deadlines, key milestones and outstanding actions. Maintain filing systems and company records, both electronically and manually. Provide general administrative support to the management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally within construction or roofing, who is looking to take ownership of their own portfolio of small works from enquiry through to completion. Managing projects valued at up to 10,000, you'll be responsible for coordinating works, liaising with clients and subcontractors, ensuring documentation is completed correctly, and keeping projects on track. This is a fast-paced role where strong organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential. While previous experience as a Small Works Manager isn't essential, we're keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in Contracts Administration, Project Coordination, Project Support or similar, ideally within roofing, construction or a related industry. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for a variety of roofing projects, working closely with clients, suppliers and the wider operational team to ensure estimates are commercially viable and support successful project delivery. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and quotations for a range of roofing projects.
