Our client, a well-established and highly respected construction and property consultancy, is looking to appoint an MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office. This is a key hire within a growing team, offering genuine responsibility, variety of projects, and clear progression opportunities. The successful candidate will support a Senior Associate who oversees a team of three, playing an important role in project delivery and team development. You will take commercial responsibility for projects typically ranging from £3m £10m, working across a genuinely varied portfolio. A leading international consultancy is looking to appoint several CSA Quantity Surveyors at Project and Senior level to join its rapidly growing Data Centre team in London. The successful candidates will support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project in Austria, where the next phase has already been brought forward following continued expansion of the scheme. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious Surveyors looking to work on large-scale, technically complex projects within one of the fastest growing sectors in construction. The business is continuing to grow its European data centre portfolio and can offer strong long-term career progression alongside exposure to landmark international developments. Candidates from consultancy or contractor backgrounds will be considered, with experience across sectors such as industrial, commercial, infrastructure or mission critical projects all of interest. Previous data centre experience is beneficial but not essential. MRICS is also not essential, and full APC support is available for candidates working towards chartership. The role is based in London with hybrid working (minimum two days in the office), although candidates based in Birmingham or Manchester will also be considered. This person will joining a small MEP Services team of 3, working closely with the Director and take ownership of complex projects across Commercial (New Build, Cut & Carve, Fit-Out), Residential and Industrial sectors. You ll be working closely with the wider business as an MEP cost specialist, leading on all mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements across multiple projects. You will take on a mix of pre- and post-contract responsibilities, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors.
