SHEQ Manager Salary: Up to 55,000 + 5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus Location: Flexible, with UK-wide travel A well-established construction company is looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality activity across the business. This is a senior role covering pre-construction, live projects and company-wide compliance. The successful SHEQ Manager will work closely with directors, contracts managers and site teams, promoting a practical and collaborative approach to safety. Key Responsibilities Lead and improve SHEQ systems, policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act. Support Gateway 2 and Gateway 3 submissions. Prepare and review Construction Phase Plans, risk assessments and SHEQ documentation. Carry out site inspections and audits across UK projects. Lead incident investigations and corrective actions. Manage training, competency records and the training matrix. Support quality, environmental and continuous improvement activities. Requirements Previous experience in a senior SHEQ role within construction. Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and CDM Regulations. Experience supporting Building Safety Regulator Gateway submissions. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification. Strong communication and influencing skills. Full UK driving licence.
