Project Manager - Cladding Remediation Bristol £60-65k plus package We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a façade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol. You'll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams. Key responsibilities include: Leading multiple high-rise refurbishment projects from pre-construction through completion Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders Managing programme, quality, budgets and project risks Driving a zero-defects approach at handover Supporting sustainability and environmental objectives Leading and developing site teams to deliver outstanding results What we're looking for: Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environments High-rise/high-risk building experience Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid Full UK driving licence Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handover Social housing refurbishment experience, and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial If you've delivered complex high-rise refurbishment projects, and are ready for your next challenge please apply today or call Bianca on .
