Site Manager - Planned Maintenance £50K - £60K plus company car or car allowance Birmingham Full-Time, permanent position We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit multiple experienced Site Managers to deliver Planned Maintenance Projects throughout Birmingham. Work scopes are varied, and include aids and adapts, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing works, window and door replacements, cladding, structural repairs and insulation. This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programs to tenanted properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers. We are looking for candidates with proven experience of driving successful delivery through effective management, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times. Project Manager - Social Housing Planned Works Birmingham based £60k - £65k + Car / Allowance + Benefits We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver Social Housing refurbishment schemes in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude, or an experienced Senior Site Manager who is looking to progress with a market leader. Works include internal and external upgrades to tenanted properties, including new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, and some decarbonisation projects. Daily Responsibilities: Manage all day to day operations of the capital improvement programmes. Identifying discrepancies and risks and taking appropriate actions, reporting back to relevant stakeholders when this occurs Work closely and meet with client and stakeholders on site to survey and complete property condition reports. Developing policies & procedures to support the achievement of new projects Site visits to undertake inspections of works and/or liaise with trade operatives, tenants, contractors or statutory bodies to resolve any issues and ensure high satisfaction is achieved Maintain Health and Safety and environmental management. This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled Groundworker with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
