Site Manager - Planned works £60k + Benefits Cambridge based We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager to deliver an internal and external retrofit refurbishment project on Social Housing and decent homes works across the Cambridge areas.This is a client facing role, you will be responsible for delivering external refurbishment programs to tenanted properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers.You must have experience of delivering similar projects including external cladding with a reputable main contractor, delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.We are looking for a hands on Site Manager, with a proven track record of driving sites through effective management and maintaining site presence. Project Manager - Social Housing Planned and Decarbonisation Works East Midlands based £65K We are working with a leading Social Housing / regeneration contract to recruit a team of proactive Project Managers to deliver Social Housing Retrofit refurbishment schemes, including Window and Door replacements, Kitchen and Bathroom replacements EWI, IWI, Loft Insulation, Ventilation, Heating to tenanted housing association properties across the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude, or a Senior Site Manager looking for a step up.
