Project Manager - Social Housing Planned and Decarbonisation Works East Midlands based £65K We are working with a leading Social Housing / regeneration contract to recruit a team of proactive Project Managers to deliver Social Housing Retrofit refurbishment schemes, including Window and Door replacements, Kitchen and Bathroom replacements EWI, IWI, Loft Insulation, Ventilation, Heating to tenanted housing association properties across the East Midlands. Daily Responsibilities of the successful Projects Manager will include: Manage all day to day operations of the capital improvement programmes. Developing policies & procedures to support the achievement of new projects Site visits to undertake inspections of works and/or liaise with trade operatives, tenants, contractors or statutory bodies to resolve any issues and ensure high satisfaction is achieved Maintain Health and Safety and environmental management.
