About the Role: We are looking for experienced Piling Rig Operators to work with our clients on a variety of major construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. As this role is via PRG on an agency basis, it offers flexibility to operatives who may want varied assignments while still benefiting from long-term opportunities. Responsibilities: Operating piling rigs safely and efficiently on site Carrying out daily checks and basic maintenance of rig equipment Coordinating with site teams to ensure accurate and safe piling operations Handling rig set-up, movement, and site preparation Maintaining high standards of health & safety and following site RAMS Reporting issues, damage, or maintenance requirements promptly Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Piling Rig Operator Valid CPCS A45, A46, A47, or A48 piling rig tickets Good understanding of piling operations and rig maintenance Strong health & safety awareness Flexibility to travel and work on different client sites (fixed-rate expenses paid) What s in it for you? This is a long-term opportunity on a busy, fast-paced construction project where reliability, safety awareness, and commitment are essential. Job Title: Slinger Signallers (Crane Banking Duties) Location: Port Talbot Start Date: July 2026 Duration: Until December 2026 Rates: Excellent rates available CIS or PAYE We are currently recruiting for experienced Slinger Signallers to work on a major construction project based in Port Talbot, commencing July 2026 and running through to December 2026. This role will involve all aspects of slinging and signalling duties, with a strong focus on crane banking operations, supporting safe lifting activities across a busy site.
