They are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their delivery team on major project in. This is an opportunity to take a hands-on supervisory role within a technically demanding environment, leading site operatives and ensuring installation works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The Role As Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily installation activities, coordinating operatives, ensuring materials and work areas are ready and maintaining control over safety, quality and progress. You will work closely with the Site Manager, providing accurate progress updates, supporting quality inspections and ensuring installation works comply with approved drawings and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise operatives and coordinate daily installation activities. Brief teams on planned works, safety requirements and work-front readiness. Supervise conduit and containment installation, including routes, bends, supports and fixings. Check installation workmanship against approved drawings and project specifications. Carry out QA/QC inspections and maintain accurate quality records. Identify defects and non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are completed. Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits and site safety procedures. Maintain daily site diaries, progress updates and as-built information. Coordinate materials, access requirements and labour activities. Support the Site Manager with lookaheads, commissioning updates and site coordination. About You You will ideally have: Proven experience as an ICT/Telecoms Site Supervisor or Team Leader. Experience working on data centre or infrastructure construction projects. Strong knowledge of fibre optic installation and testing. Experience with structured cabling, including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, OM4/OM5 and OS2. Practical knowledge of conduit and containment installation, including measuring, cutting, bending and installation techniques. Understanding of cable routes, supports, fixings and installation standards. Experience carrying out QA/QC inspections and identifying installation defects. Experience supervising operatives and subcontractors on live sites. A good understanding of RAMS, permits and site safety. Excellent communication skills and written and spoken English. About You To be successful, you will have: At least three years' experience in site management or project leadership within ICT, Telecoms or Data Centre construction. Experience managing fibre optic, enterprise ICT/telecoms infrastructure or similar ELV projects. Experience managing subcontractors and labour on live construction sites. Strong knowledge of site delivery, labour planning, lookaheads and quality management. A good understanding of construction processes, RAMS, RFIs and technical submittals. Strong communication and organisational skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Flexibility and willingness to work on an international project. LRL are recruiting for 2 General Operatives to work on an industrial project in Birmingham. Duties will include working inside large tanks and vessels, moving blast lines, assisting with cleaning operations and carrying out general labouring duties. We're working with an established construction contractor looking to bring an Estimator / Surveyor into the business, supporting residential projects for some of the UK's leading house builders. The business specialises in brickwork, blockwork and scaffolding across Sussex, Kent and Surrey. They're looking for someone who understands the detail behind a competitive tender, takes pride in getting the numbers right and knows how important accurate pricing is to a successful project. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be involved in the detail, work closely with the commercial and operational teams, and play a genuine part in the success of the business. What you'll be responsible for Preparing accurate estimates and quotations for brickwork, blockwork and scaffolding packages. Taking off quantities from drawings and interpreting specifications to establish the full scope of works. Calculating material, labour and time requirements to produce commercially sound tenders. Reviewing tender documentation, identifying discrepancies and flagging potential cost risks before they become problems. Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices and build accurate costings. Visiting sites where required to assess requirements, verify measurements and understand the work involved. Working with site and commercial teams to monitor costs against budgets and keep projects on track. Maintaining clear, accurate estimating records and helping improve processes along the way. What you'll bring You'll have experience in estimating or surveying within construction, ideally across brickwork, blockwork, scaffolding or another relevant trade subcontracting environment. You'll be comfortable reading construction drawings, completing accurate take-offs and turning technical information into realistic costs. You understand labour and material requirements, appreciate the pressures of tender deadlines and know that a price needs to be competitive without leaving the business exposed. You'll also be organised, numerate and confident communicating with clients, suppliers and site teams. You don't need someone checking every calculation over your shoulder; you take ownership of your estimates and stand behind your work. A relevant construction or surveying qualification would be useful, but practical experience and a solid understanding of the trade are just as important.
