Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Haywards Heath Competitive Salary + Company Car/Car Allowance Full-Time Permanent Take the Lead on Exciting Commercial Fit-Out Projects Hunters' client is a growing and highly regarded commercial fit-out specialist , delivering high-quality projects for commercial clients across the region. They are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to join their expanding team. Project Manager - The Role - Managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from initial enquiry through to completion Conducting site surveys and assessing project requirements Preparing quotations, estimates, costings and project proposals Ordering materials and coordinating suppliers, subcontractors and site teams Managing project budgets, costs and variations Visiting sites regularly to monitor progress, quality and standards Project Manager- The Fit - The successful candidate will ideally have experience within commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment, interiors or a related environment . We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in managing commercial construction projects Comfortable with estimating, surveying and project costing Highly organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers Practical and hands-on, with a willingness to get out on-site A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail Able to work independently and take ownership of projects Confident using standard IT and project management systems A full UK driving licence holder What's On Offer?
