Budgets are accurate, service charges are well managed, and variances are clearly explained. Contractors deliver to agreed standards and timescales, with value demonstrated. Issues are resolved quickly, with clear, professional communication throughout. HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME Visiting developments across Sheffield and West Yorkshire for inspections and reviews. Planning and delivering maintenance, instructing and managing contractors. Preparing budgets, monitoring spend and providing regular financial updates. Organising and attending AGMs/board meetings, issuing packs, minutes and follow-up actions. Managing resident and director enquiries, setting expectations and closing the loop. Ensuring health, safety and legislative compliance, maintaining accurate records.
