About the Role In this role, you will manage and deliver a wide range of building surveying services, including design and specification, clerk of works, contract administration, building surveys, and dilapidations. You will work across multiple sectors, supporting project teams to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments from inception to completion Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders Assist in managing client/project teams to deliver services profitably and on schedule Undertake site visits, surveys, and meetings with contractors, sub-contractors, clients, and colleagues Produce accurate and timely project outputs, reports, and documentation Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through meetings, negotiations, and correspondence What We're Looking For BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent Chartered membership (MRICS) advantageous Strong technical writing, communication, and client-facing skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, NBS, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite beneficial Experience across sectors such as higher education, local government, and healthcare beneficial Exposure to both private and public sector clients Skills in surveys, project management, clerk of works, repairs, and maintenance Well organised, proactive, commercially aware, and able to manage multiple priorities A professional, flexible, and collaborative team player with a positive 'can do' attitude About Us Why Currie & Brown?
