Senior Site Supervisor - Permanent Location: Heathrow Airport Salary: £45,000pa - £50,000pa Benefits: 28 days annual leave (excluding public holidays), Bupa medical cover, Aviva pension Key Experience: Previous warehouse and/or airport environment experience is essential We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team, supporting the delivery of large and complex projects at Heathrow. In this role, you will lead and coordinate construction teams across both baggage and non-baggage work packages, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality site operations. You will operate within a high-performing site management structure, helping drive project milestones, deliver exceptional standards, and support the development and motivation of your team. Key Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership, promoting an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture. Ensure safe and efficient execution of works, with a strong focus on achieving zero LTIs and RIDDORs. Mentor and support team members, helping develop skills and capability within the team. Maintain and champion a robust safety culture on site. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and best practice. Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed in a fast-paced environment. Support the Construction Group Leader by contributing to team goals, promoting a growth mindset, and driving performance. Build a cohesive and accountable team environment, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. Skills and Experience Required: 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within complex construction environments. Strong people leadership skills, with proven experience developing and supporting teams. Experience managing projects across all stages of the lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover. In-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation. Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment and delivering high-quality outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Competent IT user, including MS Office and Outlook. Electrical Estimator (Construction) Gatwick Area Full-Time Permanent Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a talented individual based near Gatwick to join a well-established electrical construction contractor working across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and public sector projects. You'll play a key role in the tendering and pre-construction process, breaking down project drawings, specifications, and requirements to produce accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects ranging from small works (£1K) to major installations up to £5M. Experience using Primavera P6 for programme analysis and tender planning is essential. Key Responsibilities Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents to determine electrical requirements. Prepare detailed bills of quantities, take-offs, and labour and material costings. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotations. Assess project risks, constraints, and identify value-engineering opportunities. Support project teams and directors with tender submissions and budget planning. Utilise Primavera P6 to support programme development and tender timelines. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver cost-effective solutions. Stay up to date with electrical regulations, materials, and market trends. Projects You'll Work On Commercial and industrial new builds Fit-out and refurbishment schemes Public sector and infrastructure projects About You Based near Gatwick, with flexibility to work across the South East. Experienced in both small works and large-scale commercial installations. Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Primavera P6 and confident interpreting construction programmes. Excellent understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction sequencing. Able to manage workloads and meet tight tender deadlines.
