Bellway Homes Traditional Build 6 Weeks + Potential Further Work We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join Bellway Homes on a temporary basis for an immediate start in Derby. This is a 6-week assignment initially, with the possibility of further work thereafter, supporting the site team in getting plots over the line for CML and ensuring a smooth finish to the development. The Role Managing day-to-day site operations on a traditional build housing development Driving programme and quality to ensure plots are ready for CML Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site Maintaining high health & safety standards Supporting with snagging, completions and customer handovers Reporting into the Project Manager/Contracts Manager Requirements Proven experience working as a Site Manager for a residential developer Strong traditional build housing experience Experience delivering plots through to CML/completions stage SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates required Strong organisational and communication skills The Opportunity Immediate start available Competitive day rate Opportunity for additional work beyond the initial contract Working with a leading national housebuilder For more information or to apply, please get in touch directly.
