We are looking for experienced Painter & Decorators to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a social housing contract. Kitchen & bathroom contract . We are looking for individuals who have experience in Painting & Decorating. Responsibilities include: To carry out project defined painting and decorating work to a high standard as directed by the site manager. Preparing a variety of surfaces but not limited to; wood, metal, plaster, and stone with an understanding of the preparation processes required to apply the appropriate finish. To use the correct decorating product for each area of work as specified by the site manager. Report any defective areas to the site manager. Able to work independently or in a team. Knowledge of Health & Safety standards Pay : 20 Per hour (CIS) Hours : Monday-Friday, 07:30AM - 04:30PM REQUIREMENTS NVQ in painting and decorating (desirable) Time served experience in the trade. Duct Fitter - I am currently looking for a Duct Fitters to work across a large project in Stevenage, working on on a multi-story office refurbishment. Duties for the Duct Fitter will include :- Upgrading existing ducting across the building Inspecting ducting for damage and identifying defects Working to drawings to complete ducting installation Assembling duct work The rate of pay for the Duct Fitter is 210 a day based on working 8 hours. You must have a CSCS Blue Skills Card, your own tools and to be able to get to and from the site every day using public transport or your own vehicle. You will be responsible for travelling to client sites throughout your area carrying out a range of basic refrigeration maintenance and repair works.
