Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field (preference) 3 years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost estimation. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
