As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of up to five live projects at any one time, ensuring they are delivered safely, profitably, on programme and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, design teams and site teams, coordinating every stage of the project lifecycle from design development through manufacture, installation and final handover. This role combines technical understanding, project leadership and commercial accountability, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both engineering and client-facing project delivery. We are particularly interested in candidates who have progressed from a technical or design background into project delivery roles. The company is expanding as they continue to win new projects, and due to that growth they are now looking to secure the services of a Commercially savvy,Technical Services Manager. Based on site, and the company office near Maidenhead, as a Technical Services Manager you will be taking ownership for a range of M&E packages within a range of Interior Fit Out and New Build Construction Projects. Technically strong, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of taking ownersehip of MEP Packages from Tender phase on High End Commercial Office Fit Out and/or New Build Commercial Office Projects in the UK . As one of the key members of the team, they will play a vital role in the delivery of projects from tender to handover. FM Manager will oversee the delivery of Fabric FM reactive contracts and project works within the business. The role will have the responsibility for managing planned and reactive maintenance across several contracts within Central London ensuring that health and safety compliance is maintained at all times on sites and work locations.
