We are urgently seeking a Commercial Manager The business specialises in the design, manufacture & installation of architectural glazing, fenestration, structural steel and wider building envelope solutions, working across the multi-story residential development sectors. They re currently experiencing strong growth & are looking to add a Commercial Manager to their team. Based in the office in Reading , it is a hands-on, broad commercial role working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. You will be involved from the pre-contract stage through to project delivery. You ll work closely with the organisations Sales, Design, Production & Project Management teams, as well as commercial stakeholders within Principal Contractors and clients. The role would suit someone with 5+ years QS/Commercial/ Estimating/Contract Administration background who is comfortable with: • Financial management and procurement of contracts • Managing project budgets and implementing financial controls • Contract administration and commercial reporting • Reviwing & Negotiating Contract terms and conditions • Working within a contractor, principal contractor or construction manufacturing environment The package includes a basic salary up to £90,000 (DoE), plus company car/car allowance, bonus, pension, private medical, life insurance and 25 days' holiday.

This Principal Contractor is looking for a reliable & experienced Construction Site Manager who has at least 5 years site experience managing High Specification Commercial Office Construction Projects. This is a permanent job. The projects are a range of interior fit out & construction projects. The scope of works includes general construction packages, structural works and minor Civils. Project values range from 1 million up to 20 million . They are typically located in Surrey, Berks, Bucks, Oxfordshire, Hampshire & Greater London. The successful candidate will have site-based Construction Management experience having worked as a Site Manager or Construction Manager. It is essential that the candidate has delivered Construction Projects in the Commercial Office or Light Industrial sectors. UK Experience is also a must. The package on offer is up to 70000 Basic ( DOE) , Electric Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension, 25 Days Holiday, Private Medical, 10% Annual Company Bonus. The company also offers their staff training and development, and the opportunity to progress over time.
