URGENTLY REQUIRED We are working with a Principle Construction Contractor who are delivering a range of Construction & Refurbishment Projects for various clients through London and the South-East. As a result of an internal promotion, the company are looking for a Site based Construction Manager to deliver both Construction and Interior Fit out Projects . Project values traditionally range from 500k up to 6 million The candidate will based on one Project Site at anyone time . These sites could be in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire , Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire & Bedfordshire You will be responsible for new build construction and fit-out projects . These will predominately be High- Specification Commercial Offices, Warehouses & Private Hospitals. The scope of these projects will incorporate Construction, Ground Works, M&E and Specialist Fit Out packages. This is a client facing role and the Construction Manager will be interfacing with a variety of key stakeholders within the client. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for programming the project, undertaking resource & material planning, organising and managing specialist subcontractors and running the project to time and budget . With a Construction related qualification the successful candidate could be working for a Principle Contractor or Construction Project Management Consultancy. The candidate MUST be able to demonstrate solid budget management experience, outstanding client and subcontractor management skills and a track record of delivering Commercial Office construction projects ( incorporating Groundworks, Frame, Construction & Interiors Packages) on time and to budget . The successful individual will be rewarded with a salary ranging from 75k- 85k plus a car allowance, 10% annual bonus, medical cover , pension and 25 days annual leave. Due to expansion the company require a Technical Services Manager with at least 3 years TSM experience gained from within a Principal or Tier 1 Contractor . Project values range from 1 million to 25 million and are typically based in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire, Wiltshire Buckinghamshire & Warwickshire. Reporting to the Operations Director as a Technical Services Manager you will be working on Project Sites and from home. We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious and growing Principle Contractor, based near Maidenhead, Berkshire The company deliver Construction Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Formula 1 and NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £12 million. The company is expanding as they continue to win new projects, and due to that growth they are now looking to secure the services of a Commercially savvy,Technical Services Manager. Based on site, and the company office near Maidenhead, as a Technical Services Manager you will be taking ownership for a range of M&E packages within a range of Interior Fit Out and New Build Construction Projects. Technically strong, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of taking ownersehip of MEP Packages from Tender phase on High End Commercial Office Fit Out and/or New Build Commercial Office Projects in the UK . They will have worked for a Tier One Contractor or specialist M&E Subcontractor. The right person will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £70k to £85k + car/car allowance, medical , pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit related bonus.

We are looking for Project Manager to join a well-run, ambitious and growing Regional Principle Contractor, based in Maidenhead in Berkshire. The company are increasingly winning multi-disciplinary projects direct from clients, and as a result they are keen to recruit an experienced Construction professional, who is keen to progress to a Project Manager. Projects are typically located across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and are in the Light Industrial, Commercial and NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £500k up to £5 million. Based out of the office near Maidenhead, and on sites the successful candidate will be responsible of planning and subsequently managing a broad range of construction and refurbishment projects. As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include: Undertaking site survey s Developing Project Programs & Schedules of works Resource & material planning Procurement Setting up safe Sites Ordering materials & plant in good time Managing site logistics Coordinating with other Contractors Negotiating and Recording site variations Managing Project Budgets Recording details of any delays Updating project programs Trouble shooting on site Writing, reviewing and amending RAMS The successful candidate will be/have all of the following: Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar Be able to read and interpret design drawings Have experience of writing, amending and reviewing RAM s Have experience of managing Site teams Have experience of sourcing and procuring materials & plant Will have kept a site diary including recording variations Be able to demonstrate experience of seeing projects through to their conclusion Be able to demonstrate experience of monitoring Project Budgets Have a track record of dealing with subcontractors Valid CSCS and/or SMSTS This is a great opportunity for someone to join an established and growing company, to work on a broad range of projects across multiple sectors.
