This is a client facing role and the Construction Manager will be interfacing with a variety of key stakeholders within the client. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for programming the project, undertaking resource & material planning, organising and managing specialist subcontractors and running the project to time and budget . With a Construction related qualification the successful candidate could be working for a Principle Contractor or Construction Project Management Consultancy. The candidate MUST be able to demonstrate solid budget management experience, outstanding client and subcontractor management skills and a track record of delivering Commercial Office construction projects ( incorporating Groundworks, Frame, Construction & Interiors Packages) on time and to budget .
