This Principal Contractors is looking for a reliable & experienced Construction Site Manager who has at least 5 years site experience managing High Specification Commercial Office Construction Projects. This is a permanent job. The projects are a range of interior fit out & construction projects. The scope of works includes general construction packages, structural works and minor Civils. Project values range from 1 million up to 20 million . They are typically located in Surrey, Berks, Bucks, Hampshire & Greater London. The successful candidate will have site-based Construction Management experience having worked as a Site Manager or Construction Manager. It is essential that the candidate has delivered Construction Projects in the Commercial Office or Light Industrial sectors. UK Experience is also a must. The package on offer is up to 65000 Basic ( DOE) , Electric Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension, 25 Days Holiday, Private Medical, 10% Annual Company Bonus. This specialist contractor design, manufacture & install a range of Architectural Glazing & Structural Steel work across the Commercial Office & Residential Developer sectors. As a result of expansion they are looking to recruit a hands-on Commercial Manager to work closely with the Senior Leadership team. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver both Construction and Interior Fit out Projects within the Commercial Office, Light Industrial, Private Healthcare and NHS Sectors. Project values traditionally range from 500k up to 15 million. Projects are typically Berkshire, Buckinghamshire , Surrey, Middlesex, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire , Wiltshire & Bedfordshire The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for new build construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects . These will predominately be High- Specification Commercial Offices, Warehouses & Private Hospitals. The scope of these projects will incorporate Construction, Structural Packages, M&E and Specialist Fit Out packages. Working for a growing Principal Contractor this is a client facing role and the Construction Project Manager will be interfacing with a variety of key stakeholders within the client. As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for programming the project, undertaking resource & material planning, managing specialist subcontractors and running the project to time and budget . With a Construction related qualification the successful candidate could be working for a Principal Contractor or Main Contractor The candidate MUST be able to demonstrate solid budget management experience, outstanding client and subcontractor management skills and a track record of delivering Commercial Office construction projects (incorporating Structural Frame, Construction & Interiors Packages) on time and to budget . The ideal candidate will be located around the Reading , Basingstoke, Bracknell, Fleet, Maidenhead area. The successful individual will be rewarded with a salary ranging from 80k- 90k plus an electric car/car allowance, annual bonus, medical cover , pension and 25 days annual leave.
