Ensuring product specifications and technical information are accurate and up to date. Using design tools such as Canva and Photoshop to enhance online content. Managing and developing our merchandise range. Monitoring stock availability and assisting with sourcing and researching new products. Coordinating website order fulfilment with internal departments and external suppliers. Supporting online merchandising activities, promotions and seasonal campaigns. Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone and online chat. Managing returns, exchanges and warranty claims across our website and online marketplaces, including eBay. Supporting a variety of ad hoc projects aimed at improving our online customer experience and business performance. What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience A genuine interest in eCommerce and online retail. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling. The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and contribute effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude, enthusiasm and eagerness to develop new skills. Desirable Skills & Experience Familiarity with content management systems such as Shopify, WordPress or similar platforms. Experience using stock management or ERP systems. Our client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their People team and provide practical, commercially focused support across a wide range of employee relations matters. This is a busy role where you'll work closely with managers, helping them navigate complex people issues while ensuring a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach. What you'll be doing Managing a varied caseload of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and capability cases. Providing coaching and guidance to managers, building their confidence in handling day-to-day people matters. Supporting the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current employment legislation and best practice. Analysing ER trends and case data, identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements. Assisting with organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and other change programmes.
