A national housing association are recruiting an experienced Property Operations Manager to join a leading housing provider on an initial 6-month contract . Produce performance reports and strategic insights for senior leadership. About You We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: Extensive experience managing strategic contractor partnerships within social housing. Strong knowledge of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, major works and voids. Experience leading geographically dispersed surveying or operational teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience managing large operational budgets and driving value for money. Knowledge of construction contracts, building defects, housing maintenance and compliance. A proven track record of delivering service improvements, innovation and customer satisfaction.
