You will undertake a traditional quantity surveying remit, with a strong focus on procurement and contract management across multiple live sites. You must have construction or groundworks experience, be fit and able to remove materials and site waste, ideally with a CSCS card but not essential. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, coordinating all site activities and teams while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
