Common Repair Service Management Coordinating common repairs and working closely with property owners and stakeholders. About You: We re seeking a proactive and organised professional with: A strong background in asset or project management, preferably within housing, local authority, or a similar environment. Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing service delivery across technical functions. Knowledge of procurement and compliance standards relevant to property services. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A relevant professional or technical qualification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is desirable.
