This is a temporary assignment and is full-time working 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri) based in the Liverpool area. Overview: The role is to provide an effective estate maintenance service, primarily focusing on empty properties, ensuring they are cleared, maintained, and returned to lettable standards in line with organisational requirements. Overview: This role involves carrying out high quality painting and decorating works across both tenanted and void properties. You will be responsible for delivering a professional finish in line with contract requirements and service standards while ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. The position requires travel between sites, with mileage paid for journeys between locations. Input, maintain, and validate data within the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). Analyse lease agreements, billing schedules, asset registers, spreadsheets, and finance data to identify discrepancies, gaps, and risks. Work closely with estates, finance, billing, and operational teams to resolve queries and ensure consistency of information. Support the migration and consolidation of asset and lease data into a single centralised system.
