Multi-Skilled Plumber Location: Norwood Green, London Pay: £14.52 - £15.93 per hour Contract: Temporary (3 Months, with potential to be extended) Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our client's maintenance team in Norwood Green, London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across mechanical and plumbing systems. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on plumbing, heating, hot and cold water, and mechanical systems. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently. Undertaking minor installation works and maintenance projects. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations. Supporting the upkeep of plant, equipment, and building services. Escorting contractors carrying out maintenance and inspection works. Maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing work requests within agreed timescales. Participating in inspections, testing, and compliance activities. Working collaboratively with the wider maintenance team. Travelling between sites when required. What We're Looking For: NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Mechanical Services, Refrigeration, or a related discipline. Experience working on plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems. A recognised specialism such as Gas, Refrigeration, Heat Pumps, or a similar mechanical discipline. Water Safety Training. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation. Full UK Driving Licence. A valid Standard DBS check.
