It contributes to the preparation and negotiation of interim and final accounts. Responsibilities include measuring works, preparing variations, and agreeing these with subcontractors and clients. The role also supports monthly budget reconciliations and cost/value assessments. It helps ensure client requests are handled promptly and efficiently. What you'll need to succeed Candidates should ideally hold a Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
