Your new role As a Maintenance person, you'll carry out a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across campus buildings and grounds. You'll carry out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance on residential properties, ensuring water systems are safe, functional, and up to standard. What you'll need to succeed We're looking for a dedicated and qualified plumber with a customer-first mindset: City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or NVQ equivalent Full UK Driving Licence Experience in domestic plumbing systems, including fault-finding and repairs Knowledge of current building regulations and safety standards Ability to interpret technical information and drawings Experience working in customer-focused service environments Strong Health & Safety awareness Desirable extras: Experience with Unvented Systems (G3 certification) Water Regulations certificate Note: A basic DBS check will be required (covered by the company).
