A leading BTR real estate company is seeking a reliable and hands-on Caretaker to join a residential estate team in Acton, West London. This is a key on-site role responsible for ensuring the estate is safe, clean, and well-presented at all times. 40 hours between Friday to Friday from 8am start to 5pm - No weekends required. About the Role You will be responsible for keeping the student community safe, secure, and running smoothly. You will work directly with the Senior Residence Assistant to maintain their buildings and support daily operations. This role is highly varied, blending practical DIY tasks with safety compliance and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Conduct building inspections using set checklists. Ensure the site is clean, safe and secure by undertaking regular patrols of all internal & external areas as well as deep cleans. Asist in the monitoring of the supplies an equipment on site for cleaning and maintenance. Check lighting, heating, and fire extinguishers daily. Perform low-level plumbing and carpentry repairs.
