Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Administrator to join their onsite team at one of their flagship South London developments. Key Responsibilities Conduct apartment viewings and convert enquiries into successful lettings. Manage the entire applicant journey, responding promptly to enquiries by phone and email. Process tenancy applications, referencing and credit checks. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless resident experience. Assist with rent collection, deposits and tenancy administration. Update property management systems and maintain accurate records. Carry out competitor analysis and support marketing initiatives. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, contractors and visitors. Resolve resident queries and service requests quickly and professionally. Support resident engagement initiatives and community events. Assist with property inspections and coordinate maintenance issues with the onsite team.
