Key Responsibilities Conduct apartment viewings and convert enquiries into successful lettings. Manage the entire applicant journey, responding promptly to enquiries by phone and email. Process tenancy applications, referencing and credit checks. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless resident experience. Assist with rent collection, deposits and tenancy administration. Update property management systems and maintain accurate records. Carry out competitor analysis and support marketing initiatives.
