Operating across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and public-sector projects throughout the UK, the company delivers a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design and estimation through to installation, commissioning and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Assist with the commercial management of mechanical building services projects. Support the preparation and submission of interim valuations and applications for payment. Assist with subcontractor procurement, tender analysis and package awards. Monitor project costs and help maintain accurate cost reports. Support the preparation of variations, change orders and compensation events. Assist in reviewing subcontractor applications and preparing payment recommendations. Help prepare project forecasts, cash flow reports and final accounts. Attend project meetings with clients, contractors and site teams. Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation. Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and the wider commercial team to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Qualifications Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or Building Services Engineering preferred. Recent graduates with relevant placements or industry experience are encouraged to apply.
