In this role, you'll prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates across diverse and often complex projects, working closely with our commercial and project teams. You'll bring precision, problem-solving, and commercial awareness to every tender, supporting everything from pricing strategy to value engineering. The ideal candidate has proven experience in bespoke, specialist, or regional contracting; strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials; excellent analytical skills; and the ability to manage multiple tenders independently while building strong relationships with clients and supply partners.
