Estate Agent Full Time Monday-Friday- 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday-9am-2pm (1 in 3) Salary - £26,000-£28,000 - OTE - £35,000-£40,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent to join a fast-paced, independent property business at an exciting stage of its growth. We re looking for a confident and motivated property professional with sales experience within either residential sales or lettings, excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset. Key Responsibilities Managing and progressing property sales from instruction through to completion Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to prospective buyers Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible results Following up warm leads and maximising sales opportunities Providing regular feedback and updates to clients Assisting with valuations and generating new business Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential buyers and sellers Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Supporting the wider team and contributing to the continued growth of the business The Essentials Previous property sales experience within either sales or lettings Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-driven with a proven sales focus Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Confident, proactive and motivated Full UK driving licence What s on Offer?
