Carry out routine HMO inspections and respond to housing related complaint. Respond to general housing complaints and service requests. There is an expectancy to hit the ground running therefore recent previous experience conducting HHSRS inspections (minimum 2 years) within a local authority setting is essential.

The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within Local Authorities and Housing Associations to assess issues brought forward by tenants and resolve property complaints. Responsibilities Focus on inspecting domestic housing stock & building defects from customers reported concerns with a heavy focus on diagnosing cause and remedy. Job role is to carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports to ensure accurate and thorough records are logged.
