Building Fabric Surveyor / Estimator Commercial Building Services Sutton with travel across client sites within South East Regions 50-55K + Company Car & Employment Package. Due to increased work volumes, we are actively recruiting for a Building Fabric Surveyor / Estimator, to be based from Sutton, Greater London. The Building Fabric Surveyor will work as part of our project team, responsible for visiting client sites, carrying out initial surveys / inspections of sites / works and providing detailed estimates and quotes for a wide variety of building fabric related projects within commercial environments. This role will involve travel to client sites very frequently, however you will also be responsible for quoting / estimating small works, therefore you must be comfortable with IT equipment / be computer literate. Employment Package: Role: Building Fabric Surveyor / Estimator Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 dependant on experience. Location: Sutton, Greater London - with travel across the South East. Provided: Company car, fuel/charge card, company pension etc. Holidays: 21 days + 8 bank holidays (total 29 days). Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm. Casual dress code in the offices. Free street parking around the offices. Duties: Providing detailed estimates and quotes within various building fabric related disciplines (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring, roofing etc), from values of 1,000 up to 250,000 within a timely manor. Estimating / Quoting small works ( 1,000 - 25,000) quickly and efficiently via company CAFM system. Visiting client sites, carrying out initial Surveys and providing details quotes / estimates on works up to a value of 250,000+. Quoting works such as refurbishments, upgrades, fit-outs and large emergency repairs. Working within environments such as restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, retail stores, gyms, dental practises etc. Requirements: Must have extensive knowledge of building fabric related disciplines, ie: carpentry, roofing, plumbing, tiling etc. Must have experience surveying, estimating and quoting these types of works previously. Experience estimating these works within commercial environments would be a large advantage. Must have strong, basic IT skills. Able to work within a fast paced environment. Electrical Maintenance Engineer Day Shifts 40,000 - 42,500 Commercial Building Services / Maintenance We are actively recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static basis, within a large commercial building in Belfast. You will be working as part of a team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance / remedial works across all electrical building services equipment. You will be working for an industry leading service provider, on a day shift pattern (listed below). Package Summary: Base Salary: 40,000 - 42,500 Hours: 4 on, 4 off - Days Only (Mon-Fri, 07:00am - 7:00pm / Sat & Sun: 07:00am - 5:00pm). Additional earnings including site AP allowances, paid overtime etc. Overtime rates: x1.5 Mon-Sat, x2 Sundays & Bank Holidays. Holiday allowance: 25 days pro rata to hours + option to buy up to 5 additional days. Average of 15 working days per month. Company funded training, up-skilling and development, ie: HVAP, LVAP etc. 1,500 per AP status gained on top of your salary. Duties: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties: Planned preventative maintenance - emergency light testing, flick tests, fire alarm testing etc. Reactive maintenance & remedial works. Quoted project works. Lighting - lamps, ballasts, decorative lighting, emergency lighting, security lighting, LED upgrades etc. Sockets, circuits, floor boxes etc. Transformers, power distribution, temporary power supplies, power supplies to building services equipment, electrical components within mechanical, HVAC, and fire & security systems. Updating the company CAFM system and providing detailed remedial reports on works completed. Requirements: To be considered for this Electrical Maintenance Engineer role, we expect you to meet the following requirements: Must be a fully qualified Electrician. Hold experience carrying out maintenance duties within a commercial environment.
