Fire Alarm Service Engineer / Electrical PPM Engineer 40-44K + Van, Paid Overtime & Package London & Home counties. We are currently recruiting for a Fire Alarm / Electrical Engineer to carry out fire alarm servicing and building services PPMs across building services equipment within commercial environments across Central London, Greater London and surrounding areas. As the Fire Alarm & Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for; fire alarm servicing, fire alarm testing, fire extingusher servicing, emergency light testing, PAT testing, tap temperature tests etc. Employment Package: Job Title: Fire Alarm & Electrical Engineer / PPM Engineer Status: Permanent, PAYE - paid weekly Base Salary: 40,000 - 44,000 Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00am - 4:00pm. Overtime: x1.5 rate until midnight. x2 overnight or all day Sundays. Travel time also paid after 30 minutes each day / 60 minutes per day. Call out: No on-call rota. Able to work on-site from 07:00am (leaving home between 5:30am-6:30am dependant on location). We are actively recruiting for a variety of Electrical Shift Engineers to join our building services maintenance team within highly critical datacentre environments based in Slough with similar roles also covering Surrey, Hampshire and West London. As the Electrical Shift Engineer, you will be working as part of a shift team, responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), remedial works and first-line fault finding across a critical data centre environment. General building services equipment will include electrical systems such as wiring, sockets, circuits, power distribution systems and transformers, as well as mechanical plant including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), chillers and associated building services equipment. Critical systems will include uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) switching operations, HV transformers, standby generators, Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units and Computer Room Air Handling (CRAH) systems. Employment Package: Role: Electrical Shift Engineer Status: Permanent, PAYE Base Salary: 52,000 - 62,000 Paid overtime available Hours: Continental shift pattern, 12 hour shifts. Days & Nights. Gas Engineer London Domestic or Commercial London & Surrounding 50-60K base 70K+ OTE. We are actively recruiting for Domestic Gas Engineers and Commercial Gas Engineers to carry out servicing and breakdown works across domestic and/or commercial boilers and gas fired heating systems both within commercial properties and high end domestic homes. As the Gas Engineer, you will work on a mobile basis across London and the South East, covering locations within approximately a 90-minute radius of your home address. You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, repair and breakdown response of a range of domestic heating and hot water systems, including boilers, vented and unvented systems, thermostats and controls, pipework, radiators, cylinders, water tanks and water heaters. Duties will include servicing, diagnostics, component replacement, system repairs and ensuring all works are completed safely and in compliance with current regulations. Employment Package: Role: Gas Engineer Status: Permanent PAYE or Self Employed Sub-Contract options available. Commercial Electrician London & South East Up to 48K base salary Van, Paid overtime + employment package Commercial Installations. We are actively recruiting for a Commercial Electrician to carry out a range of electrical installation works within commercial environments across London & South East regions. As the Commercial Electrician, you will be carrying out wiring, cabling, containment, trays, trunking, metal and PVC conduit, SWA, distribution board and power board installations, emergency lighting installations, LED installations, testing of our work etc. The Commercial Electrician will be working on a mobile basis across a range of commercial and industrial properties such as warehouses, schools, offices etc with a company van provided.
