Quantity Surveyor Southern England Region Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? As Liberty continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join our South region team. Based from our Reading office, you'll play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of renewable energy installation projects across the South of England. Responsibilities will include: Manage the commercial and contractual delivery of multiple renewable energy projects Support project teams to ensure commercial compliance and maximise profitability Prepare valuations, cost reports and financial forecasts Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts Support procurement activities and tender evaluations Monitor project costs and maximise value across contracts Support cash flow management and financial reporting Attend client, contractor and stakeholder meetings Help resolve commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle Build strong working relationships across operational and commercial teams What We're Looking For You may have: Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction, housing, building services, energy efficiency, planned maintenance or a related sector A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop professionally A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the South region Desirable Experience working with Housing Associations or Social Housing clients Knowledge of renewable energy installation projects Understanding of NHF Schedule of Rates Why Join Liberty? Site Manager (Renewables) Location: Cambridge / Ely Salary: Competitive Full Time Permanent About Us At Liberty, we re at the forefront of the energy transition, delivering renewable solutions that improve homes and communities. Due to continued growth across our renewables contracts, we re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The Role As a Site Manager, you ll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of renewable installation projects, with a focus on Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Solar PV systems . You ll be managing multiple teams on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations across renewable installation projects Oversee ASHP and Solar PV installations, ensuring quality and compliance Lead and coordinate multiple teams, including operatives and subcontractors Plan, monitor and update project programmes and workloads Ensure materials, labour and resources are in place for planned works Carry out site audits, inspections and quality checks to deliver defect-free installations Maintain high standards of health & safety, ensuring all procedures and documentation are followed Capture and manage site data and evidence accurately Liaise with clients, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Ensure all works are completed in line with PAS 2030 and relevant industry standards About You You ll be a confident leader with strong experience in renewables or planned works, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards. Essential Proven experience as a Site Manager within renewables or planned works Strong knowledge of ASHP and/or Solar PV installations Experience managing teams on-site (multiple crews) Background in domestic projects (social housing preferred) Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC) Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance Ability to manage programmes, resources and performance effectively Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience working in PAS 2030 retrofit environments SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness Experience progressing into multi-site or project management roles Why Join Liberty?
