General Operatives Energy Storage Exeter, Devon Immediate Starts Available Competitive CIS Rates Long-Term Contract Mint Selection are currently recruiting General Operatives to support the delivery of a major Energy Storage project based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest energy infrastructure projects and work alongside a leading principal contractor delivering critical energy transition projects. Responsibilities General site labouring and operative duties Assisting trades and site management teams Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised Supporting material deliveries and site logistics Assisting with installation teams where required Following all site health & safety procedures Completing tasks as instructed by supervisors and site management Requirements Previous experience working on construction, infrastructure or energy projects Valid CSCS Card (Essential) Must be able to provide two strong, recent work references CPCS/NPORS Plant Tickets advantageous but not essential Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a busy site team Full UK driving licence desirable If you're an experienced General Operative looking to be part of a landmark energy infrastructure project, we'd like to hear from you.
