Managing projects from preparation through to completion and handover. Visiting sites to check progress, workmanship and safe working practices. Solving problems as they arise and keeping projects on track. Keeping customers and colleagues informed throughout the work. Organising remedial work and making sure outstanding jobs are completed properly. Essential experience & skills To succeed in this role, you ll need: Strong working knowledge of warm roof systems and Ultraframe products. Experience managing conservatory installations, roofing or building projects. Proven experience leading roofing teams and builders. A practical understanding of construction methods and installation standards. Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage several projects and adapt when priorities change. A hands-on approach, taking ownership and maintaining high standards. A full UK driving licence to travel between sites.
