Assist those appointed to carry out the duties of Client and Principal Designer to develop the Project Specific Works Information and Pre-Construction Information and confirm it is provided to the Principal Contractor. Working with the project teams during Development to ensure appropriate strategies are in place to effectively manage the co-ordination of ongoing design work during construction. In order to be successful in this role you must have: Working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations. NEBOSH General Certificate or Construction certificate, or working towards, desirable. IOSH Membership desirable (minimum Associate level) Full driving license and your own vehicle Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
