As a Facilities Technician, your main duty is to maintain facilities and production operations efficiently. You will perform planned maintenance, repairs, and assist in projects to keep facilities running smoothly. Responsibilities Swiftly address and resolve equipment and building issues. Assist in projects that need facilities support, like new installations, modifications, and commissioning. Demonstrate practical expertise in areas like carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, and more. Maintain buildings by decorating, painting, and making minor repairs. As the Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient of facilities and production operation areas. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of maintenance tasks, project management, and team leadership. You will work closely with a team of technicians to maintain and repair equipment, buildings, and support various site projects. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and upkeep tasks to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and facilities. Install new appliances and equipment as needed to support production and operational requirements. Utilize your fabrication and welding skills to support project work and other site-related tasks. Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems, including ventilation and safety systems like fire alarms. Key Requirements Possess a high level of competency in plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication. Proficiency in using hand and electrical tools is essential. Be competent in the use of common machine shop equipment such as lathes, band/chop saws, pillar drills, grinders, etc. Hold a City and Guilds Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred) or a similar structural welding qualification. ASME certification would be an advantage. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings. Have good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and vendors.

Facilities Engineer required for a high tech Aerospace manufacturing site to perform building and equipment maintenance, corrective repairs and modifications to the Production Plant. You will be responsible for applying fixes to productive equipment in an office environment and precision engineering Research and design facility containing hazardous chemicals and high pressure gas systems. The ideal candidate will have a very practical attitude and experience of building maintenance tasks in various fields, e.g. carpentry, electrical, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, compressor and boiler maintenance, site vehicle upkeep, machine shop fabrication including welding. You will have Plumbing, carpentry and fabrication experience. Hand and electrical tools understanding. Machine shop equipment knowledge, lathes, band / chop saws, pillar drills, grinders etc. Welding and fabrication skills, City and Guilds Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred, or similar structural welding qualification. ASME certification would be an advantage. Basic working knowledge of PC applications, such as use of Word and Excel. Experience in a facilities maintenance or engineering fabrication environment. Role will involve General site fixes, repairs and maintenance activities. Installing new appliances and equipment. Site project works, such as new test and productions facilities installations and commissioning. Fabrication and welding. Liaising with, arrange and managing external contractors. Inspecting, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation). Check site control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. Provide and assemble office and production area furniture, shelving, racking, as required. Upkeep of site vehicles.

Highways Civil Engineer, Junior to senior level required to run small to medium scale civils jobs and contribute to projects across resourcing, technical and commercial aspects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in DMRB and MCHW and able to take local authority guidance and produce software demos with Civil3D. Requirements Civil engineering design experience from feasibility studies, concept design, and planning submissions through to warrant, tender and construction details. Project delivery skills across reporting, drawings, earthwork design, internal site roads, pavements and drainage design. Client driven build experience. Civil Engineering degree qualified with post graduate commercial experience. Drainage Strategies for Planning and building development solutions. Infodrainage and AutoCAD, Civils 3Dd or equivalent fluency. Responsibilities Lead planning and development of civil engineering design solutions. Prepare plans and drawings from concept through to construction. Quality Control Technician required to join an Engineering manufacturing and assembly production quality team who inspect and test equipment. You will have practical skills and understand the impact of spotting and resolving any issues or non conformances early. Requirements Production or Manufacturing Quality exposure.
