Revolution Resourcing require a Site Manager ideally from a Civils/ Rail background to oversee and manage projects on a UK wide scale. This will be working for a highly prestigious 2nd tier contractor who have been successfully in business for over 50 years based in Kent. My client is looking for a passionate Site Manager who is looking to progress their career having the right can do attitude and happy to work away from home. Training and coaching will be provided to support you in successfully moving your career aspirations forward as a Site Manager and further. Duties will include; * Overseeing and managing strict health & safety & quality control. * Working to programme ensuring targets are achieved within time and to budget. * Day to day supervision and co-ordination of on-site staff, subcontractors, plant, materials and labour. * Managing all documents and record keeping. * Co-ordinating and leading site meetings with relevant team members, departments and clients. * Risk Management – identifying and eliminating any issues that could cause delays to site. * Building and maintaining good relations with staff, clients and subcontractors. In order to be considered, you must: * Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid * Have excellent organization and communication skills * Strong construction background ideally delivering high quality commercial new build projects. * Strong team leader.
