We are recruiting a Chartered Surveyor on behalf of our customer who are a well-respected successful national property consultancy. As a Chartered surveyor you will be a key member of the valuation team, building a client base and delivering on all valuation related needs. As a Chartered Surveyor your responsibilities will include; * Manage client relationships * Deliver against your own fee earning targets * Support the team to outperform KPI’s and performance indicators * Driver business development * Seek new profitable opportunities for all areas of the company * Support senior team members on large/complex instructions * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in your own skills as well as the team processes The ideal candidate will have the following; * Experience of operating in the property sector * Proven track record of building and developing client portfolios * Strong technical valuation skills and knowledge of valuation techniques * Full Membership to RICS The Employment package on offer; * Up to £50,000 per annum + bonuses * Employee ownership trust bonus of up to £3,600 per annum * 37.5 hours per week * Hybrid working 2 office days per week * 33 days holiday including Bank holiday increasing with length of service * Auto enrolled pension * Healthcare plan from day 1 including children up to 24 years old * Private medical insurance from day 1 * Gym discounts, discounted cinema tickets, shopping e cards, travel savings and much more * Employee referral bonus up to £5000 * 24/7 access to virtual GP & Mental health support * Company IT equipment * Professional subscriptions paid for via company
