You'll be part of a company that designs and delivers cutting-edge factory automation systems, robotics, conveyors, and packaging machinery, leading projects that turn complex engineering challenges into tailored automation solutions. Role Reporting directly to the Board, you will oversee multiple automation projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, monitor KPIs, and maintain control over every stage of large-scale bespoke machinery builds. Key responsibilities include: Setting and tracking project milestones and timelines Managing resources across concurrent projects Ensuring budgets and schedules are met Leading project meetings and maintaining communication across departments Overseeing workshop performance, quality control, and continuous improvement Supporting and mentoring a small team of supervisors and workshop leaders About You We're looking for a proactive, organised, and technically minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment.
